REGULATION

Contest: open to all cartoonists
Theme: A) Braila- a multi-ethnic province (in Braila’s region cohabit beside Romanians the following ethnic communities: Bulgarians, Greeks, Italians, Jews, Lipovenians, Roms, Tatars and Turks)
B) Free
Entries: max. 5.
The works in original must be accompanied by the author's biography.
Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm) - A3 (297 x 420 mm)
Technique: free
Deadline: November 20th, 2007
Prizes:
Great Prize – 1000 €;
First Prize – 800 €;
Second Prize – 500 €;
Third Prize – 300 €;
3 Special Prizes – 200 € (each)

Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy
