THE REGULATIONS FOR THE WORLD FESTIVAL OF HUMOUR "LAUGHTRE'S DICTATORS" - OCTOBER I 2008
1. After a great succes that he comes when was introduced in the mondial circuit of cartoon"s festivaIs and receved four stars, the Festival of Calarasi, one of the most important festival in the Eastem Europe, becames in 2008 THE MONDIAL FESTIVAL OF HUMOUR, with 7 sections.
2. The sections of the festival:
A. CARTOON - on the theme "Football dictature"
B. PORTRAIT-CARTOON - with the famous faces a1l over the world. The winner
will receved The International Trophy "Stefan Banica"
C. COLLAGE
D. FUNNY PHOTHO - "Hurnouristichal snapshot"
E. LAUGHABLE OBJECTS - object achieved, discoverid and invented who brings about fun
F. DIGITAL HUMOUR (any type of humour, on computer)
G. GRAND PRIX - a1l the works of a1l the sections takes a part for this.
3. The number of the sendings works is unlimited. The works will be originals, with participation form and autobiography. We admit irreprochab1es copies too. Each work will have a printing tab (with the name, the adress, the country, e-mail).
4. The dimensions for cartoons, phothos and collages are AJ, A4
5. Date line for the reception of the works: 30 September 2008

- Special prizes: - by parteners of the festival and sponsors for a1l the section. The
jury reserved the rights to redistribute the prizes in function by the qualities of the works and the numers of the participants.
